SuZhou A-RACK Information Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011, with its headquarters located in Suzhou High-tech Zone and a branch office established in Los Angeles, USA. As a national high-tech enterprise recognized by the state, it has been deeply engaged in the data center infrastructure field for more than a decade. Taking the physical architecture of data centers such as IT cabinets, PDUs, and hot and cold aisles as its core technical foundation, and based on the technical accumulation of early products such as integrated cabinets and micro-modules, the company has now formed a development pattern anchored by core products, driven by technological innovation, and supported by global services.

A-RACK’s self-developed 2.5 MW high-density hybrid air-liquid modular data center solution builds upon its core modular expertise, perfectly addressing the high-power and high-reliability demands of the AI computing era. Each module can be rapidly deployed as an edge computing node, while multiple modules can be flexibly connected to form ultra-large-scale AI training and foundation-model data centers, achieving a seamless integration between edge and supercomputing scenarios.

A professional engineering team, global warehouses, advanced machining equipment, and modern production methods — supported by a scientific ERP management system — ensure premium quality, complete product lines, and on-time delivery for traditional products such as IT cabinets and PDUs. These capabilities also enable mass customization and scalable production of 2.5 MW modular and AI mega data centers.

A-RACK has achieved ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications, as well as the Uptime Institute Tier-Ready certification, the Suzhou Smart Cabinet System R&D Center designation, and over 100 national patents.

In September 2020, A-RACK’s EDGEasyfree series (50 kW – 300 kW) earned Uptime Institute TIER III Ready certification, making it the world’s first fully certified prefabricated data center series. This achievement laid a strong foundation for the reliability of the 2.5 MW solution.The 2.5 MW solution integrates efficient thermal management, modular power distribution, and rapid-deployment architecture. Configurations can be adjusted according to computing demands and site conditions. It can operate as an independent AI edge node or interconnect via standardized busways and cooling interfaces to form a massive computing cluster.

In response to the AI era’s transition to megawatt-level racks, A-RACK has expanded into power distribution systems with three core product lines: UL/ETL-certified intelligent busways, UL 891 low-voltage switchboards, and an 800 V HVDC distribution platform.The architecture is centered on a Solid-State Transformer (SST), converting 34.5 kV medium voltage directly to an 800 V DC bus while supporting a 415 V AC bypass. Lithium-ion battery systems are connected to the DC bus, enabling bidirectional energy flow for peak-shaving, grid feedback, and backup power functions.This synergistic architecture integrates seamlessly with the 2.5 MW modular data center platform under the A-RACK ecosystem, forming a full-stack solution from medium-voltage input to DC distribution, computing nodes, and energy storage management — enabling safe, efficient, and sustainable power for both AI supercomputing and edge centers.
